The primary and most crucial difference between our fused extra virgin olive oils and what is commonly found in the markets is that we crush our olives with the smoked red hot peppers before we produce the extra virgin olive oil, as opposed to blending the produced extra virgin olive oil with smoked red hot peppers. Therefore, we maintain a very natural and vivid aroma of the smoked red hot pepper. You can taste the smoky texture!
